En nuestra experiencia de pre y postgrado se constata que no existe claridad conceptual suficiente para organizar y ejecutar una investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica cualitativa. En este libro se aborda la investigaci\u00f3n cualitativa, sustentada en el paradigma interpretativo. Se analizan las caracter\u00edsticas de \u00e9ste y el m\u00e9todo cualitativo con sus respectivos dise\u00f1os, t\u00e9cnicas e instrumentos, an\u00e1lisis de los datos y protocolos. Weber (1999) sostiene que se estudian las acciones sociales, a diferencia de los hechos sociales Durkheim (2013). Dado que las acciones sociales son llevadas a cabo por seres humanos es pertinente profundizar en el m\u00e9todo cualitativo de investigaci\u00f3n y reconocer la diferencia entre ambos paradigmas, la cual radica en que el paradigma positivista intenta explicar la naturaleza, en tanto el interpretativo, busca comprender al ser humano.
